Kari Lake denies mimicking Paul Pelosi’s hammer attack

Tuesday, Kari Lake, the Republican candidate for governor of Arizona, responded angrily to allegations that she mocked Paul Pelosi’s brutal attack by claiming she was the victim of the ‘fake news media.’

Her account of the hammer attack on Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband elicited laughter from her rally audience a day prior, which resulted in widespread criticism.

Lake stated, “Nancy Pelosi has protection when she is in Washington, D.C.” Evidently, her home lacks a great deal of security.

Extremely conservative websites and conspiracy theorists have attempted to imply that there is more to the attack than meets the eye.

Lake told DailyMail.com that she was making a serious political point a day after provoking outrage.

She stated after a rally in Chandler, Arizona, “I have never trivialized the attack.”

I was discussing why our children do not have better security for themselves. And I stated that our politicians and athletes have security and that we need security as well.

“Review the tape without any creative editing, as the fake media often does, and you will understand what I was saying.”

She added that she had no control over the audience’s response.

“I cannot control people, my friend. She said, “I can be responsible for myself.” I cannot be accountable for others.

Lake, a longtime news anchor in Arizona and now a candidate who has embraced Donald Trump’s election conspiracy theories, has reportedly taken the lead in the race for governor, according to recent polls.

Tuesday’s Fox News poll showed Lake with a one-point advantage over Katie Hobbs, the Democratic candidate.

It comes as Republicans across the state and nation have tightened the deficit or inched ahead of their opponents.

She assured a throng of approximately one thousand people that she was on track to win the election on Tuesday, while criticizing the media for targeting her.

‘And there’s a reason why 100 percent of the mainstream media, 100 percent of the stories they write on me are negative and lies and filled with slander and defamatory statements: they are so afraid I’m going to get in there and do what I say I’m going to do, which is secure the border and make Arizona safe again, for our families and our children,’ she told a crowd outside a steak house, on a patch of artificial turf surrounded by palm trees.

She reiterated some of her most outlandish allegations, including her doubts about the COVID-19 vaccination.

‘I don’t even call it a vaccine because it’s experimental. It’s experimental. And this is causing more health issues among our youth,’ she said.

“First and foremost, the COVID vaccine. Everyone I know who has had COVID has had the vaccine.

Now, I’m no scientist, but everyone I know with a severe case of COVID has experienced the shock.

She also regularly blasted the media and urged her fans to throw abuse.

“So guys, when you attack me with fake news, you’re attacking Arizonans,” she remarked.

We do not request much. We want to know our lawful vote tallies, and Governor Kari Lake will provide us with that information.

She introduced Trump’s former strategist Steve Bannon, who was convicted of contempt of Congress last month, as a’modern-day George Washington’ as a surprise guest.

He urged the crowd to communicate with the globe.

“We require more than a triumph. We require a decisive victory,’ he stated.

You are delivering a message to more than just Washington, DC or Phoenix. You are communicating with the entire planet.’
