On Thursday, shortly before 11:30 p.m., the pervert sat next to the 24-year-old straphanger on a northbound 4 train and then removed his trousers and underwear, according to police.

The victim was able to fight off her attacker. She escaped to a different railway car.
According to police, her attacker exited the train at the Bowling Green stop and then took a boat to Staten Island.
The suspect is between 25 and 35 years old, with bleached blonde hair and a right eyebrow piercing, according to the police. He was last spotted wearing a fur-trimmed black winter jacket, a gray BMW hoodie, gray BMW trousers, and white sneakers.
