A minister revealed today that Russia intends to provide high-tech weapons to Iran’s extremist regime in exchange for kamikaze drones used to attack civilians in Ukraine.

Ben Wallace, secretary of defence, told members of parliament that Vladimir Putin’s dealings with Tehran undermine both Middle Eastern and world security.
This comes after the United Kingdom sanctioned a group of Russian and Iranian individuals last week for their’sordid’ alliance and arms deals.
The Russian military has employed weapons supplied by Tehran in the Ukraine conflict, including drone strikes on Ukrainian cities and vital energy infrastructure.
In a statement to the House of Commons regarding the conflict in Ukraine, Mr. Wallace said, “We must stop their reckless shelling of nuclear facilities.” We must hold their facilitators accountable.

Iran has become one of Russia’s most important military allies. Russia aims to offer Iran with modern military components in exchange for more than 300 kamikaze drones, thereby jeopardizing Middle Eastern and international security.
We must expose that transaction. In fact, I just did so.

The Defence Secretary asserted that Russia has “failed to fulfill its strategic objectives” in Ukraine, as he detailed the number of deaths Russia’s army has suffered.
Mr. Wallace stated, “Not a single operational commander in position on February 24 is currently in charge.” Significant numbers of generals and commanding officers have been lost by Russia.
‘Rumors of General Gerasimov’s dismissal abound as Putin shifts blame for Ukraine’s ongoing military failure. Rising fatality rates and public discontentment are on the rise.
More than 100,000 Russians have been killed, wounded, or abandoned, and the destruction of more than 4,500 armoured and shielded vehicles, as well as more than 140 helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft, has significantly hindered Russian capabilities.
Rishi Sunak urged Britain’s allies last night to increase their arms supply to Ukraine, including the delivery of additional air defence systems to the war-torn nation.
Attending a meeting of the British-led Joint Expeditionary Force in Riga, Latvia, the Prime Minister also pushed for a focus on “degrading Russia’s ability to regroup and resupply.”
He demanded that other nations ‘call out’ Iran’s supply of arms to Vladimir Putin’s military machine and maintain crippling sanctions against Moscow.
And Mr. Sunak condemned as “absolutely useless” any Russian proposal for a truce unless Mr. Putin withdraws his troops from occupied areas of Ukraine.
The prime minister landed in the Latvian city for the JEF summit, which brought together the leaders of Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, and the United Kingdom.
Later, he met British troops in neighboring Estonia and signed an agreement to strengthen digital relations through a new technological cooperation.
Mr. Sunak is urging JEF leaders to maintain or increase their assistance for Ukraine through 2023.
Under a contract worth £250 million, the United Kingdom has agreed to deliver hundreds of thousands of rounds of artillery ammunition to Ukraine the next year.
Mr. Wallace announced today that the United Kingdom will give thousands of cold weather kits and 900 generators to help the war-torn country prepare for winter.
The Defense Secretary addressed the House of Commons, “As temperatures continue to fall in Ukraine, the United Kingdom is doing everything it can to help Ukrainians withstand the hard winter.”
The United Kingdom has contributed 900 generators to Ukraine and delivered roughly 15,000 extreme cold weather kits to the Ukrainian military, including cold weather clothing, heavy-duty sleeping bags, and insulated tents.
We anticipate the delivery of 10,000 additional cold weather kits by Christmas. The international community has deployed around 1.23 million winter gear items to Ukraine.
