Her odd behavior was captured on camera near Buenos Aires’ landmark Obelisk – the same location where Diego Maradona pledged to disrobe 12 years earlier if Argentina won the World Cup in South Africa.
She proceeded to execute a sultry dance while wearing only a pair of sunglasses, despite the fact that the majority of the tens of thousands of ecstatic people celebrating around her were more interested in chanting and waving flags than witnessing her astounding performance.
In a weird celebration of Argentina’s World Cup victory, a woman was videotaped dancing naked around the renowned Obelisk monument in Buenos Aires.
As Argentina’s national team manager in 2010, Diego Maradona pledged to strip naked at the Obelisk and run around the monument if Argentina won the 2010 World Cup.
They were eliminated in the quarterfinals after Germany defeated them 4-0.
Argentinian model Luciana Salazar responded to Diego Maradona’s offer prior to their 2010 World Cup loss by saying, “If Argentina wins, Diego, I’ll join you in the obelisk.”
In recent days, there has been rising speculation in the South American nation that Salazar may carry out the prank now that they have been proclaimed world champions for the third time, but this has not yet occurred.
The unknown brunette was humiliated while celebrating Argentina’s victory.
The unprecedented display of nudity occurred after two Argentinians made headlines around the world for going shirtless in the stands at Qatar’s Lusail Stadium and risking violating strict local regulations as they celebrated their team’s Sunday penalty shootout victory over France.
They were later identified as models named Milu and Noe who had their breasts painted for the occasion by artists.
Milu and Noe, who now identify to themselves as “The Topless Girls,” ran the risk of violating Qatar’s restriction on women wearing revealing or tight attire.
But authorities either overlooked or missed their antics, and both players have already uploaded photos of themselves out and about in the country following the championship game. Noe, from Quilmes, Argentina, even tweeted a selfie of herself on a plane home, claiming to have experienced “the adventure of a lifetime.”
She had previously posted images of men applying blue and white paint to their breasts in a hotel room prior to the final, as well as videos of herself and Milubarbiie leaping around topless with joyful fans.

Other footage captured of the jubilant supporters depict them dancing till the wee hours of the morning in a nightclub after the game and celebrating with guys in the crowd.
Noe’s Instagram account is filled with such provocative vacation photos.
Today, she uploaded a video of herself smiling on a plane and giving the thumbs up with the caption, “Start the ship for once before they pick me up at 1pm.”
In another post, she added, “And I dedicate this flag to you, my friends, family, and all the people of Quilmes and the southern zone who constantly support me with messages and such lovely words expressing their pride and good wishes from the bottom of their hearts!” My entire existence is in QUILMES…
