The wedding gown worn by Naomi Biden was as grand as her White House ceremony.
On Saturday, the granddaughter of President Joe Biden married Peter Neal at the First Family’s residence, marking the first presidential family wedding on the property since the Clinton administration. Naomi is the first grandchild of an incumbent president to get married on the premises.
The 28-year-old bride turned the ordeal into an elaborate affair, wearing three dresses throughout the evening and posing for a Vogue photoshoot.
Biden walked down the aisle in a Ralph Lauren gown with a high neck, long sleeves, mille-feuille organza, charmeuse, and crinoline skirt. She teamed it with a cathedral-length organza veil trimmed with Chantilly lace.
Biden told Vogue, “Like every little girl, I had a vision in my head; I loved Grace Kelly’s dress.”

According to Vogue, she changed into a strapless ivory silk Mikado Reem Acra gown with her grandmother’s pearls sewn into the six-foot train. And for “late night dancing,” Biden changed into a Markarian minidress with fringe.
Dr. Jill Biden, Naomi’s “Nana,” wore a Reem Acra teal wool crepe coat and silk chiffon dress for the outdoor ceremony and a gold-embroidered seafoam blue dress, also by Acra, and Jimmy Choo pumps for the reception.

The daughter of Hunter Biden honored the First Lady by incorporating a piece of her wedding dress from 1977 into the bodice of her gown.
The groom opted for a navy Ralph Lauren three-piece suit.
The festivities were equally extravagant as the attire; the bride and groom climbed a ladder to cut their 7-foot wedding cake and served a 20-inch apple pie from a dessert bar. Moreover, ice cream was available to satisfy the President’s sweet tooth.
Naomi is the only presidential grandchild to marry on the White House grounds and the first family member to do so since the Clinton administration.
