This is the terrible moment a cruel thug attacked his pet dog after it ‘went to the bathroom’ inside his apartment.

CCTV footage recorded 23-year-old Adam Wardle hitting Bobby, a three-year-old Mastiff mix, with a broom behind a dumpster.
The footage shows Wardle violently yanking Bobby off the ground while striking him outside of his previous apartment in Barnsley.
He then drags the terrified animal towards a trash can, halting briefly when a pedestrian passes by.
Wardle continues kicking and hitting Bobby with a mop after the man has left.

Later, CCTV shows Wardle striking the dog with a broomstick outside of the dumpster.
Bobby escaped major injuries, but a vet discovered he had grazes, bruises, and a bloodshot eye as a result of the attack outside Wardle’s previous Barnsley apartment.
The incident left the three-year-old dog with bruising on its face, elbows, and hocks, as well as a gash to its left eye.

On April 25 of this year, postal workers reported seeing a dog being beaten outside the residence and a guy walking away.
The South Yorkshire Police then proceeded to the opposite apartment building and discovered the film there.
Vannessa Reid, an RSPCA inspector, escorted a police officer to Wardle’s residence, where he acknowledged to the attack.
When questioned why he had attacked the defenseless dog, Wardle replied, “He (Bobby) defecated inside, and I became enraged.”
Postal workers observed the 23-year-old criminal torturing the dog and reported what they saw to authorities.
Then he did it again, making me twice as angry, as you can see.
The inspector then took Bobby to the veterinarian, where he was examined and given painkillers.
A veterinarian discovered many bruises on the dog’s face, elbows, and hocks, as well as a small cut on Bobby’s left eye, the court heard.
In mitigation, the court was informed that the defendant had not received his medicine and, as a result, was in a “dark place” at the time he attacked the dog.

It was reported that Wardle, from Barnsley, South Yorkshire, was ‘very ashamed’ of his actions and immediately signed over the dog to the RSPCA.
During the October 11 hearing, Wardle, who pleaded guilty to causing unnecessary pain to the dog, was prohibited from owning animals for ten years.
Following its trauma at the hands of its owner, Bobby was noticeably terrified when RSPCA rescue officials retrieved him.
When questioned why he attacked the defenseless dog, Wardle responded, “He (Bobby) defecated inside, and I became enraged.” Bobby is pictured being evaluated by a veterinarian.
The court deemed Wardle’s protracted attack on the animal a “horrific” offense.
In addition to the 10-year ban, he was ordered to perform 12 months of community service.
Wardle, who no longer resides at the house where the assault occurred, was also ordered to pay £400 in court costs and £95 in victim surcharge.
Bobby has stayed in the RSPCA’s care and will be adopted, the organization announced.
