Mr. Tayo Ayinde, Chief of Staff to the Governor of Lagos State, has urged his staff to be proactive, competent, and devoted to increasing their productivity.
Ayinde issued the directive while opening a two-day management retreat of the Office at the Colossus Hotel in Ikeja, saying that the transformation and development of the state, as envisioned by the current government, is a group effort.
Speaking on the theme of the retreat: “Enhancing Effective Productivity for A Greater Lagos”, the Chief of Staff implored participants to make the session interactive and come up with initiatives to improve the fortunes of Lagos State. In his own remark, the Permanent Secretary, Office of the Chief of Staff, Mr. Olawale Musa, enjoined the staff to rededicate themselves to serving the government and contributing their quota to the development of the State.
During the two-day event, facilitators covered a variety of topics related to boosting efficient productivity for the realisation of the Greater Lagos Vision, while attendees listened to a health talk, participated in aerobics activities, and enjoyed a gala night.
