The booking service for Dua Lipa’s Sydney concert has reportedly crashed, leaving thousands of concertgoers trapped outside the arena.
One concertgoer, Paula Deyah, reported that angry fans waited in long lines for hours while door staff physically checked each person’s email before admittance.
Twitter was inundated with complaints from stranded individuals.
