Meat cleaver found in woman’s suitcase-filled flat

This morning, police discovered a meat cleaver in the bloody Brooklyn apartment where the decomposing remains of a lady were discovered split between two suitcases.

The 21-year-old woman was heard arguing with her ex-boyfriend in the building weeks before she vanished; he remains at large.

Her mutilated body was discovered in the blood-splattered apartment 6F of the Linwood Park Apartments in East New York, Brooklyn.

According to NY Daily News, the victim, who has yet to be identified, had a protection order filed against her ex-boyfriend before she was discovered dead.

A portion of the order prohibited him from entering her apartment.

Wednesday, police removed the possessions of a 21-year-old woman whose remains were discovered in her residence.

Wednesday, the corpse was discovered in Apartment 6F at Linwood Park Apartments, an inexpensive housing complex in East New York, Brooklyn.

On Wednesday, neighbors noticed a terrible odor emanating from the residence after she had been missing for several weeks.

One called the building’s superintendent to seek a welfare check, which led to the discovery of the body in the early hours of Thursday.

According to authorities, the victim’s boyfriend refused to let the super into the flat upon his arrival.

The boyfriend and another man were then observed departing the building while carrying a duffel bag, according to the New York Daily News.

The super returned to the vacant flat and discovered the bags loaded with the victim’s body parts and the butcher cleaver in the toilet.

Police are now hunting furiously for the victim’s ex-boyfriend and the man he was observed leaving with.

A NYPD spokeswoman told DailyMail.com that, despite the identification of a person of interest, no one is currently in jail.

To be quite honest, this area is not the nicest, but this is absurd. Absolutely terrible,’ Lindsey Vena, a neighbor, told ABC7. It terrifies me to even be in this area. I’m just sick.

This is alarming. She remarked, ‘I live here with my family, and it’s a little unsettling to know that someone is doing something like this where you rest your head at night.’

Kim Angeles, a neighbor, told the Daily News that the maid discovered her dead in suitcases.

“This situation is terrifying. Here, my two children reside. We shouldn’t be forced to cope with this.
