  • The topic of vaginal rejuvenation should not be taboo

Vaginal rejuvenation has been a taboo subject for many decades, resulting in women adopting legendary advice as fact and frequently hurting their vaginal health.

But vaginal rejuvenation, which is the internal and external remodeling of the vagina, is beneficial for many women who want to be “normal” and have better sexual interactions.

Dr. Natalia Novikova, founder and gynecologist of the Novikova Practice, defined vaginal tightening as a variety of non-surgical and surgical procedures that tighten the vaginal canal.

She stated that women frequently feel the need for the operation following a normal birth since the baby can expand the vaginal canal and hormonal changes can also cause vaginal tissue to loosen.

She stated that it is a frequent misconception that vaginal looseness exclusively occurs after natural childbirth, emphasizing that women may experience it even if they have never been pregnant or given birth naturally. She stated that aging-related collagen loss could be to blame.

Novikova stated that her practice utilizes non-invasive techniques, such as Radiofrequency Ultrafemme, Laser Femilift, and HIFEM Emmella. In severe situations of vaginal laxity, surgical techniques are employed.

“Non-surgical vaginal tightening is performed using energy-based evinces such as laser or radiofrequency that increase temperature in vaginal skin, resulting in the production of new collagen fibres, contraction of old collagen fibres, thickening of vaginal skin, improvement in sensation, and enhancement of sexual pleasure.

Additionally, these procedures manage moderate urine incontinence, vaginal dryness, and recurring infections. Novikova stated that non-invasive vaginal tightening is a rapid technique requiring multiple sessions for complete impact.

Although natural delivery was one of the primary reasons to explore vaginal rejuvenation, she recommended Kegel pelvic floor exercises under the advice of a pelvic floor physiotherapist prior to contacting a physician.

“We are aware that pelvic floor exercises are tough to adhere to, therefore we offer an alternative. Emsella chair’s high intensity electromagnetic technology provides an alternative to pelvic floor exercises. A patient experiences the equivalent of 11,600 pelvic floor muscle spasms during the 28-minute treatment.

“I frequently propose a combination of the Emsella chair, which tightens the muscles, and UltraFemme Radiofrequency, which tightens the skin with no downtime,” she explained.

She stated that in rare instances, vaginal tightening cannot be performed on some women due to contraindications.

She discouraged the traditional method of steaming, emphasizing that it was hazardous and should not be done.

“It is essential to keep in mind that ‘it takes two to tango.’ She stated that partners’ size, age, and health issues play a role in sexual performance and should be taken into account while treating the issue.

  • Killer of an Umlazi ward councillor receives three life sentences

Yesterday, the guy who fatally murdered Sibusiso David Maphumulo, a ward councillor in the Umlazi region, outside his home in October 2018 was eventually punished. The reign of terror of Nkosingiphile Moses Gumede came to an end when he was given three life sentences for three different acts of murder.

Gumede was sentenced to three life terms and an additional 60 years in jail by the Durban High Court on Tuesday, following his conviction on three counts of murder, attempted murder, robbery with aggravating circumstances, unlawful possession of a handgun, and unlawful possession of ammunition.

Natasha Ramkisson-Kara, a spokesman for the National Prosecuting Authority, stated that Maphumulo was sitting in his vehicle in front of his residence when Gumede and his associates approached him.

Gumede fired multiple shots that struck Maphumulo in the head, causing his death.

Lungelo Given Radebe and his aunt, Nondlela Rosetta Sithole, were in a mall in KwaMashu when Gumede and his associates ambushed them, took R22,000 from them, and then shot Radebe in the head.

“In May of 2019, Gumede shot Sanele Samuel Sanga as he was outside his home in the KwaDukuza neighborhood. Gumede was apprehended outside of Sundumbili Plaza following police surveillance, according to Ramsisson-Sara.

  • MSPs criticized for voting against making it tougher for rapists to self-identify as women

In the Scottish Parliament last night, there were screams of “shame on you” when MSPs voted to allow rapists and violent sex predators to self-identify as women under Nicolas Sturgeon’s gender changesThere were angry scenes after a vote on Nicola Sturgeon's gender reforms in the Scottish Parliament last night

During yesterday night’s decisive vote, an attempt to stop one of the most contentious provisions of the bill by inserting a clause prohibiting persons on the sex offenders’ register from obtaining a gender recognition certificate (GRC) was narrowly defeated.

It provoked furious scenes in the public gallery, as demonstrators heckled MSPs with screams of “there is no democracy here” before being escorted out of the building.

The majority of SNP and Green MSPs voted against a move to reject plans to decrease the legal age for applying for a GRC from 18 to 16; nonetheless, it provoked conflict within Nationalist MSPs.

After last night’s vote in the Scottish Parliament on Nicola Sturgeon’s gender changes, there were tense scenes.

The Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill will eliminate the current requirement for a gender dysphoria diagnosis to obtain a gender recognition certificate (GRC).

A number of proposed amendments to the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Billwere rejected by MSPs today

Neil Murray, the husband of J.K. Rowling, participated in a demonstration outside Holyrood, where he branded the result a’stain’ on the Scottish Parliament.

She said, “I really wanted to be with you tonight, but family obligations prevented that.

‘However, if you see a man in the throng who closely resembles my husband, it will be because he is my husband. Neil volunteered to attend in my absence; I didn’t even have to ask him.

“We are all aware of why women across Scotland are currently taking a stance, often at great personal risk. We have united to oppose the most significant rollback of women’s rights in our lifetimes.

Foreign and domestic experts have warned the government and its allies that this ill-considered legislation may pose grave hazards to women, but the Prime Minister and her friends have failed to listen.

I believe that this law, which public opinion polls indicate is strongly opposed, will be viewed as a stain on the Scottish parliament and on the resumes of every MSP who voted for it.

Protesters are seen during a candle lit vigil over what they believe is a loss of women's rights in Scotland

She said, ‘Whether this bill succeeds or not, the fight is not over, and I’m with you every step of the way. We are the women who never weep.

Today, MSPs rejected a number of proposed amendments to the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill.

The vote on Russell Findlay’s proposal proposing an exemption for sex offenders prompted the “shame on you all” demonstration in the public gallery.

As a result, the Presiding Officer halted proceedings until the public gallery was removed.

Rachael Hamilton, the equality spokesman for the Scottish Conservatives, stated, “These improvements should have been uncontroversial.” However, the SNP has opted to allow dangerous predators to self-identify as women and gain access to single-sex settings.

This is completely unjustifiable to women, girls, and the vast majority of the Scottish populace.

Eight SNP MSPs voted against the Scottish Government on the issue of excluding sex offenders: former community safety minister Ash Regan, former energy secretary Fergus Ewing, and backbenchers Jim Fairlie, Stephanie Callaghan, Kenneth Gibson, Ruth Maguire, John Mason, and Michelle Thomson.

The same eight SNP MSPs as well as Annabelle Ewing supported the amendment opposing lowering the age to 16.

Ministers were also accused of attempting to “shut down scrutiny” and “suppress” their own backbenchers after mailing letters pushing MSPs to withdraw amendments that, according to them, would render their legislation unconstitutional if passed.

During yesterday’s debate, Mr. Findlay stated, “Anyone can simply proclaim that they have changed sex, and the state will help their transition.”

“My amendments aim to prohibit male criminals who have already misled and deceived from committing major misconduct; their victims are nearly invariably women and girls.”

Minister of Social Justice Shona Robison stated that her proposed revisions were ‘proportionate, legal, and compatible with the European Convention on Human Rights’ However, the SNP minister refused to explain why she believed such precautions to be illegal.

The Scottish Government confirmed its intention to support requiring registered sexual offenders to inform the police if they want to apply for a GRC.

During a candlelit vigil, protesters are seen demonstrating against what they perceive to be a loss of women’s rights in Scotland.

The chief constable of Police Scotland could then alert the Registrar General, who could conduct a risk assessment and potentially halt or reject the application.

Jackie Baillie, the deputy leader of the Scottish Labour Party, stated, “Members of this parliament are correct to listen to the concerns of women who are concerned about the system being misused by those with ill intentions.”

These adjustments are a reasonable and proportional way to provide this confidence.

MSPs voted 87 to 37 against a Tory motion that would have lowered the GRC application age from 18 to 16.

Yesterday at Holyrood, during a marathon debate that lasted well into the night, SNP MSP Ash Regan, who quit her position as community safety minister to vote against the legislation, said: ‘I do not believe that 16-year-olds are the appropriate age for such a profound change, as many would consider it to be.’

She read aloud a letter she had received from a mother whose autistic, anxiety- and depression-stricken 15-year-old daughter self-diagnosed gender dysphoria three years ago and now identifies as male.

In the letter, the mother stated, ‘I believe she has been influenced by social media and contemporary societal norms. The adolescent years are a time of transition, so her current feelings may alter as she matures.

‘The school and the NHS have adopted a positive stance despite my worries as a parent, and I do not agree that the government should decrease the age at which young people can self-identify to 16 years old, as social transitioning is frequently the first step on the way to medicalisation and surgery.

“I was convinced and pressured into calling my daughter by her new name and pronouns, despite the fact that this was horrible advice and has put our family on a very difficult path.

I feel that an attentive, patient, and holistic approach that considers all aspects of a young person’s life is optimal.

Miss Regan stated, “The minimum age should be 18 and no lower, and we should use tremendous prudence in this area.”

However, the remarks prompted a furious response from one of her colleagues.

Emma Roddick, SNP MSP, remarked to Social Justice Secretary Shona Robison, “I simply wanted to acknowledge that a young man’s identification was recently questioned in the Scottish Parliament.

And I wonder whether she would concur that it is bad and provide him support for something that should never have occurred.

Fergus Ewing, the former SNP Energy Secretary, contested Miss Robison’s claim that the Bill’s principles were supported by a “large majority” of MSPs.

He stated, “While there may be one perspective here, and even a majority here, all the evidence of the views of the people of Scotland, as documented in poll after poll, demonstrates unequivocally that a considerable majority of people in Scotland – between 68% and 81% – oppose lowering the age to 16.”

Yesterday, concerns were also expressed over the encouragement of MSPs to withdraw critical amendments.

In a letter to Tory MSP Russell Findlay, SNP backbencher Michelle Thomson, and Labour’s Jackie Baillie late on Monday evening, Miss Robison stated that incorporating some of their amendments into the Bill would pose a “serious risk of being outside the legislative competence of the Parliament” and that she would need to postpone today’s final stage 3 debate (WED).

She further asserted that they may violate the European Convention on Human Rights.

Yesterday, the Tories failed in their attempt to delay today’s stage 3 vote in order to provide more time for review.

Alexander Burnett, chief whip of the Scottish Tories, asserted that a future Scottish Parliament will need to fix and remove the “hurried legislation passed during this disgraceful term in office” and stated MSPs should be “very humiliated.”

Meanwhile, today’s (WEDS) Christmas carols at Holyrood have been canceled due to the likelihood that parliamentarians will still be engaged in gender reform talks.

  • Met Police opens a rape probe following a 44-year-old complaint

A rape investigation has been opened by Scotland Yard after a woman alleged she was raped by a man who housed refugees in London in 1978.

The woman, who was then aged nine, was part of a group of Chilean refugees staying at the Pembridge Hotel on Pembridge Square, west London

The nine-year-old girl was a member of a group of Chilean immigrants sleeping at the Pembridge Hotel on Pembridge Square in west London.

The accommodations were arranged by the Chile Solidarity Campaign, which assisted victims of the military government led by General Augusto Pinochet.

According to Scotland Yard, the refugees were moved throughout the United Kingdom after 1978.

The nine-year-old girl was part of a group of Chilean immigrants living at the Pembridge Hotel in west London’s Pembridge Square.

According to a spokeswoman, police received an allegation in June 2021 from a former hotel tenant who said she was raped by a male hotel resident when she was nine years old.

While information about the suspect is scant, we do know that his name was Sato and that he may have gone by the aliases Cameu and Cauneu.

In addition, the victim claims that the same individual abused other youngsters at the motel.

Detective Constable Pat Tully of the Met’s Central West Safeguarding Unit is leading the inquiry.

DC Tully stated, “I am eager to hear from anyone who stayed at the hotel in 1978, if only to guarantee that any victims of sexual offenses continue to receive the support they may require.”

“Many years have gone, but I am confident that anyone affected by such events would remember them, and I urge them to get in touch.”

DC Tully stated that officers would like to speak with anyone who worked or stayed at the hotel in 1978 and could be reached by calling 07584 593 381 or tweeting @MetCC with the reference number 6522481/21.

Additionally, anyone can phone Crimestoppers anonymously at 0800 555 111 or visit Crimestoppers-uk.org.

  • National Park Service plans to remove DC’s homeless encampments by the end of 2023

  • Sonia Booth retaliates against Matthew’s “nyatsi”

The alleged mistress of former Bafana Bafana defender Matthew Booth placed her hands on the revered football icon’s thighs and held his hands under the tables of South African restaurants they both frequented.

Bongani-Mthombeni-Moller also welcomed the retired football legend to her marital house without her husband, Klause Moller, or Matthew’s wife’s knowledge.

On Valentine’s Day, the claimed concubine also gave Matthew a bottle of cologne, and Matthew reciprocated by purchasing her flowers and baking a cheesecake.

These startling charges are contained in Sonia Booth’s responding affidavit filed in the Johannesburg High Court in opposition to Mthombeni-motion Moller’s for an order prohibiting her from publicly accusing her of destroying her marriage to the SuperSport soccer commentator.

Mothombeni-Moller, whose court complaint is supported by her husband and Matthew’s affidavits, is seeking an order to prevent Sonia from making “defamatory” allegations against her and to delete, retract, and apologize for accusing her of having an extramarital affair with a soccer player.

She stated that despite her passion for Matthew, she did not have a sexual relationship with him, as implied by Sonia’s social media posts, which were not only defamatory and incorrect, but also inaccurately represented her as a woman with questionable morals.

She stated that she met with Matthew and traveled with him to discuss business after forming a deal with his non-profit organization, Booth Trust.

In addition, she threatened to press criminal charges against Sonia for probable revenue loss.

But in the evidence we have seen, Sonia insists that Mthombeni-Moller and Matthew had a secret affair, and that she has all the receipts; she is also prepared to call witnesses to court to verify her account if Mthombeni-Moller pursues the defamation suit against her.

“Before addressing matters in limine, I would want to state that I maintain the applicant and my husband are or were having an affair at the time I wrote about it on numerous social media platforms. Sonia’s affidavit stated, “I have a number of witnesses who are eager to testify in court.”

Due to the urgency with which she was required to compose the document, she was unable to obtain affidavits from the aforementioned witnesses, she stated.

Sonia stated that Mthombeni-Moller and Matthew accompanied each other to numerous places, including Leano Restaurant and Kolonaki, and will include photographs and text messages of the eyewitness she hopes to call as a witness in her defamation lawsuit.

“My husband and the applicant have made extended road trips in a car together, which I believe were romantic getaways for the couple. My husband not only frequents her residence, but she has also invited him to her Johannesburg home without my knowledge and in the absence of her spouse. The statement states that she and my husband attended social events without inviting me or her husband, or at least telling me of their activities.

She was surprised that neither Mthombeni-Moller nor Matthew had told her about their “excellent friendship.”

She stated that although Mthombeni-Moller had welcomed her husband to her home in Kyalami, she had never set foot in the home she shares with Matthew and their children in Eagles Canyon.

Sonia demanded that Mthombeni-Moller and Matthew celebrate Valentine’s Day in Polokwane, Limpopo, and even gave Matthew a bottle of fragrance.

Which married person spends Valentine’s Day with the husband of another woman? My spouse has also purchased flowers and prepared a cheesecake for the applicant. The applicant sits extremely near to my husband in public and occasionally rests her hands on his thighs.

“They sometimes even hold hands beneath the table. “Because my husband is married to a black lady, this public display of affection has led some individuals to believe that the applicant is my husband’s spouse,” the affidavit states.

Sonia further stated that Matthew never introduced her to Mthombeni-Moller, despite the fact that she is a co-founder of the trust.

She said that Mthombeni-request Moller’s should be denied since it was not urgent. She stated that she did not comprehend why Mthombeni-Moller filed an urgent motion, given that she had written to her attorneys and pledged to stop tweeting about her and her husband’s alleged infidelity the previous month.

She claimed that her urgent application was nothing more than a fishing expedition to determine if Sonia had evidence of the alleged infidelity.

The matter, which was originally scheduled to be heard on Tuesday, will now be heard on Thursday, December 22.
