2021 has been unlike any other. As we are over a year into a worldwide pandemic, the Seattle Youth Employment Program (SYEP) had to adapt to a hybrid environment as Seattle began to open back up again. Interns, ranging from 16 to 24 years old, gained experience through a variety of different organizations throughout the City for the summer.
From environmental work to media production, I sat down and talked to some interns about their experiences with a couple of this year’s employers.
Multimedia Resources and Training Institute
For Ilham and Ikram, their experience was unlike any other. They both worked closely with their supervisor, Assaye, at the Multimedia Resources and Training Institute (MMRTI) in the Central District. MMRTI is a “non-profit and non-political institute founded by a group of professionals, technologists, educators, parents, and youth in the Greater Seattle Area to prepare the underserved immigrant youth in the community for success in multimedia technology locally, regionally, and globally.” It was conceived in 2004 from a multimedia project sponsored by the Ethiopian Community Mutual Association. Then by combining with Ethio Youth Media (EYM) TV program in 2006, it expanded its service to the larger immigrant youth community reflecting activities and issues that affect young people most. EYM is now continuing its programming and values by teaching young people how to broadcast on TV and become future community leaders. The Ethio Youth Media TV is aired every week on Sunday from 7:00PM- 8:00PM, Wednesday from 5:00PM-6:00PM, and Tuesday 4:00AM-5:00AM on SCAN Cable 77/21.
With the pandemic, the interns have been working in a hybrid state. Along their internship journey, Ilham believes that she gained lots of knowledge, as she primarily focused on filming, editing, and taking photographs.
Title card for documentary on Digital Access at Yesler Terrace
Ikram was glad to be able to work on creating two documentaries. One is “about the effects of COVID 19 at Yesler Terrace community,” she shared. “The other program I worked on was the digital navigators, a youth-led program that provides resources for digital access to the residence of Yesler Terrace.”
Their supervisor, Assaye Abunie, states that the program is a great opportunity for young adults to get involved. “We need more community engagement and young people are full of knowledge on things like media and technology. It’s good to have them and they’ve been very helpful.” MMRTI plans on continuing to host interns and have young adults have a voice and be representatives for their community.
You can check out the amazing work that these two young interns contributed to on MMRTI’s YouTube channel:

Duwamish Valley Youth Corps
Max, Liam, Sibakhan, Andrew, and An worked with the Duwamish Valley Youth Corps, a program shepherded by the Duwamish River Cleanup Coalition. They all initially learned about SYEP through their family members or by a school counselor and didn’t have any prior experience with the program.
With each day varying in different tasks, it provides them a way to stay connected environmentally in their community. They work Monday through Thursday, with Mondays being a job lab day to learn about people who work at different jobs that promote environmentalism. Tuesdays are for restoration work, “like clearing out blackberry bushes and learning more about the site we’re at ,” shared Max. Wednesdays they hear from a guest speaker and complete more restoration work. “And Thursdays are for educational field trips to learn about our environment and what’s changing.”
With a focus on environmentalism and restoration, these interns had a hands-on experience with physical labor in the outdoors. Andrew’s fondest memory was doing aquatic research. “We transferred kelp from one area to another. We did that, and learning to remove invasive species and replanting was cool.”
Sibakhan shared that this experience was an eye-opener and a chance to learn about things they didn’t really know about before. “We were in Georgetown where they got this whole area that’s about building local things and metal art, which I like.”
Because the internships were in a field of interest that the youth chose, they all gained awareness for a possible long-term career in the field. Liam admired the different possible careers that the internship could lead to in the future. “I don’t think this is exactly what I want to pursue,” he said, referring to the physical labor, but he wants to use what he learned from this experience to apply to other jobs. “A future job that we [heard] from people would be like bioengineering and landscape design, which I think fits me more.”
Reflecting back on all the incredible work that the interns contributed, An believes this internship is valuable. “It gave me a lot of information about the environment and how to restore Seattle,” he shared. He also recommends that other youth who are eligible should apply to SYEP because it’s a great opportunity to explore possible career paths and gain new friends.
Tilth Alliance
Yasin, an intern with Tilth Alliance, joined SYEP to gain experience and make new connections. Working closely with Kerri, his supervisor, he handled multiple different projects ranging from working with the marketing programs at Tilth to the physical work of weighing produce and communicating with customers.
Initially, Yasin wasn’t interested in urban farming or environmentalism as he is majoring in physics, however, he grew an interest in it. Having learned transferable skills, such as communications, organization, and management, he came out of his shell and gained confidence with the assistance of Kerri, motivating him to try new things. “I really enjoy [Yasin’s] perspective,” she said. “It’s kind of fun to see everything through a different set of eyes, which is the best part.”
With Yasin’s skills growing, he accepted an offer to extend his stay as an intern at Tilth Alliance after SYEP ends, so he can continue to support the team with assisting in food management. Tilth Alliance highlights sustainable food produce and educating local communities about food equity all over the Greater Seattle area.
(left to right) Ren (hiding in the bushes), Kerri, Lexa, Coral and then Yasin and DJ. Yasin & DJ are both SYEP interns.
Next Steps for SYEP
The SYEP program is planning to pause during Fall 2021 as it learns from all the change of the last couple of years to refocus on supporting youth careers. Exciting updates are being planned! However, it will be reopening this November for applications for a program starting in Winter 2022. If you’d like to gain a lifetime of experience and explore possible careers, sign up for the notification mailing list now to get updates.
*Blog post author Jody Wong was also an intern with SYEP this summer! She spent six weeks with HSD’s Communications team learning about blogging, editing reports, and supporting Age Friendly Seattle virtual events.
Education settings will be provided with carbon dioxide monitors from September, backed by £25 million in government funding.
CO2 monitors will be provided to all state-funded education settings from September, so staff can quickly identify where ventilation needs to be improved.
Letting fresh air into indoor spaces can help remove air that contains virus particles and is important in preventing the spread of Covid-19.
Backed by a £25 million government investment, the new monitors will enable staff to act quickly where ventilation is poor and provide reassurance that existing ventilation measures are working.
The majority of c. 300,000 monitors will become available over the autumn term, with special schools and alternative provision prioritised to receive their full allocation from September given their higher-than-average numbers of vulnerable pupils.
The government has also launched a trial of air purifiers in 30 schools in Bradford, which is designed to assess the technology in education settings and whether they could reduce the risk of transmission.
As students in England return to classrooms from next week, this is just one of the measures that will be in place in schools to help reduce transmission. Students and staff will also be asked to continue twice-weekly testing, with two on-site tests provided for secondary and college students as they return.
Education Secretary Gavin Williamson said:
Providing all schools with CO2 monitors will help them make sure they have the right balance of measures in place, minimising any potential disruption to education and allowing them to focus on world class lessons and catch up for the children who need it.
By keeping up simple measures such as ventilation and testing, young people can now enjoy more freedom at school and college.
Health and Social Care Secretary Sajid Javid said:
We are all enjoying the return to a more normal way of life and getting our children back into school is a really important part of that process. We want to ensure schools are both safe and comfortable for students and staff – and have been clear that good ventilation is crucial.
As well as offering vaccines to 16 and 17 year olds and regular testing, we continue to work with the Department for Education to manage COVID-19 in schools and colleges. This includes the pilot we are running to test different air cleaning methods in school settings.
CO2 monitors are portable so schools and other settings will be able to move them around to test their full estate, starting with areas they suspect may be poorly ventilated.
The programme will provide schools and other settings with sufficient monitors to take representative readings from across the indoor spaces in their estate, assessing all spaces in a relatively short space of time.
More details will be available following the completion of procurement, however all schools and colleges are expected to receive at least partial allocations during the autumn term, enabling all settings to monitor areas where they believe airflow may be weakest.
As the monitors are rolled out the department will provide guidance on their use.
Secondary schools and colleges will be conducting on-site covid testing of their pupils, which can start before the start of term. They can stagger the return of pupils over the first week of term as needed to support the delivery of testing. Pupils should then continue to test twice weekly at home until the end of September, when this will be reviewed.
SACRAMENTO – Governor Gavin Newsom has signed an executive order to support communities impacted by recent wildfires and bolster response and recovery efforts.
The order expedites debris removal and cleanup of hazardous waste resulting from the fires; extends the state’s prohibition on price gouging in impacted counties through October 20, 2021; and helps ensure adequate staffing for fire response by waiving work hour limitations for retired annuitants, among other provisions.
Governor Newsom has proclaimed a state of emergency in counties impacted by the Caldor Fire, McFarland and Monument fires, Antelope and River fires, Dixie, Fly and Tamarack fires and the Lava Fire and Beckwourth Complex.
California recently secured Fire Management Assistance Grants (FMAGs) from the Federal Emergency Management Agency to support the state’s response to the Dixie Fire in Lassen, Butte and Plumas counties and the response to the Caldor Fire, Monument Fire, River Fire and Lava Fire.
New plans to crack down on puppy smuggling and ban the import of dogs with cropped ears or docked tails have been set out by the UK Government today.
The new powers, which also include raising the minimum age for importing a puppy from 15 weeks to six months and banning the import of heavily pregnant dogs to help protect puppy and mother welfare, are aimed at safeguarding the welfare of the thousands of puppies and dogs that come into Great Britain from overseas each year.
More than 66,000 dogs were commercially imported into the UK last year according to Animal and Plant Health Agency figures. However, evidence shows a recent rise in low-welfare imports and smuggling activity, with border authorities seeing around a 260% increase in the number of young puppies being intercepted for not meeting the UK’s pet import rules – from 324 in 2019 to 843 in 2020.
The proposals are part of a raft of measures included in an eight-week GB-wide consultation which seeks views from the public and stakeholders on government proposals to tackle puppy smuggling and low-welfare imports by unscrupulous breeders and traders.
In addition, the consultation asks the public and stakeholders for views on new penalties for breaching these rules, changes to the detention and rehoming process and whether the proposals should be extended to cover cats and ferrets.
Launching the consultation, Animal Welfare Minister Lord Zac Goldsmith said:
Puppy smuggling is a grim trade, and we are determined to clamp down on it.
Raising the minimum import age for puppies will help protect thousands of animals that are brought into the country each year and stop criminals looking to profit from the rise in demand for pets.
We already have one of the toughest pet travel border checking regimes in the world and as an independent nation outside the EU we are going even further by preventing anyone from bringing in dogs which have undergone inhumane procedures such as ear cropping or tail docking.
These new measures build on our plans to raise animal welfare standards across the board as part of our Action Plan for Animal Welfare.
RSPCA chief executive Chris Sherwood said:
In recent years we’ve seen a huge increase in the number of dogs being commercially imported into the UK as well as the number of dogs being reported for having undergone mutilated procedures such as cropped ears.
These are major dog welfare issues that need addressing as a matter of urgency in order to protect dogs from unnecessary suffering and to protect the public from falling victim to criminals who are trying to cash in on these dogs’ value.
We’re really pleased that the Government – which pledged to tackle these issues among many others in its Action Plan for Animal Welfare – is launching this consultation and we hope that these new measures will be implemented efficiently so that we can crackdown on the illegal dog trade once and for all.
Owen Sharp, Chief Executive of Dogs Trust said:
We are delighted that today’s consultation could bring us one step closer to ending the abhorrent puppy smuggling trade. Over the last six years, Dogs Trust has spearheaded the campaign to crack down on puppy smuggling, after our first undercover investigation in 2014 exposed widespread abuse of the Pet Travel Scheme by unscrupulous dealers, bringing in puppies for sale.
Since setting up our Puppy Pilot in 2015 we have cared for more than 2000 puppies which were seized at UK borders, often in horrendous conditions. We have seen puppies as young as 4 weeks old being smuggled into the country and dogs with open wounds from ear cropping as well as heavily pregnant dogs close to giving birth.
We are pleased that the consultation has set out proposals to tackle these issues and hope it results in tougher penalties for these crimes, as currently only a handful of cases have ever been prosecuted and the existing penalties are sadly no deterrent. We will continue to work closely with the Government to be the voice for dogs and put forward our recommendations to ensure the proposed legislation effects real change.
Media vet, animal welfare campaigner, and founder of the Lucy’s Law and #BanPuppyImports campaigns, Dr Marc Abraham OBE says:
This important Government consultation is hugely welcome and will hopefully bring us another step closer to ending widespread cruelty to puppies and their parents. For decades, both the legal and illegal importation of young puppies has enabled and encouraged low-welfare breeding practices and dog exploitation across Europe, with puppies often separated from their mothers too early, then sent long distances often riddled with all kinds of disease, straight to their unsuspecting new owners in the UK.
By introducing these positive dog welfare proposals we can make significant progress in the fight against these cruel practices. I would like to thank the UK Government for listening to the evidence presented by campaigners and hope we can secure these positive changes needed to protect the puppies, their parents, and the British dog-owning public.
Puppies that are imported too young face a significantly higher risk of developing illnesses or even death.
Raising the minimum age for bringing puppies in to the UK will therefore ensure that they are not separated from their mothers too early and will allow them to develop further ahead of being taken on potentially long and stressful journeys which can have a lasting impact on their temperament and behaviour.
The RSPCA has also recently reported a 620% rise in reports of dogs found to have had their ears cropped, covering from 2015 to 2020. Ear cropping is a painful process where a dog’s outer ears are surgically altered or removed altogether to make them look more aggressive. The surgical procedure, which has been illegal in this country since 2006, can hinder their ability to communicate with other dogs and their owners.
The majority of these dogs are suspected to have undergone the procedure overseas and under the new rules set out in the consultation launched today they would be banned from entering the country.
Last year the Dogs Trust warned the public about the risk of buying dogs online after rescuing dozens of puppies that were illegally imported into the country. Victims of this cruel trade included a group of six underage puppies seized at Dover port after being found covered in sticky oil and suffering from diarrhoea. The puppies had been illegally imported from Romania and were travelling in the back of a van for more than 24 hours. They had to be shaved to remove the oil from their fur.
In September 2020, four beagle puppies were also found in the back of an abandoned vehicle in Greater London. At eight weeks old, they weighed just two kilograms each and were very hungry and dehydrated. They are believed to have been illegally imported from the Republic of Ireland, to be sold onto prospective buyers in the UK. After spending three weeks in the care of the Dogs Trust, they went on to loving new homes.
The proposals launched today build on the UK Government’s commitment to end the cruel practice of puppy smuggling and low welfare imports, as set out in the Government’s Action Plan for Animal Welfare and Animal Welfare (Kept Animals) Bill. The responses to the consultation will inform future government policy in this area, helping to deliver a manifesto commitment made in 2019.
Proposals to help more people build their own homes have been ‘warmly welcomed’ by the Housing Secretary Rt Hon Robert Jenrick MP (21 August 2021).
Richard Bacon MP’s review of Custom and Self Build, commissioned by the Prime Minister, finds huge potential in the sector which could deliver 30-40,000 more homes every year, and recommends a major-scaling up of self-built homes to boost the overall housing supply. This will see homes that can be built in weeks that are better designed, built to the highest environmental standards and with cheaper household bills.
The report was commissioned to improve the housebuilding industry by giving customers more choice, and to make home building a mainstream, realistic and affordable option for people across the country.
The government has already committed £150 million for the Help to Build scheme which will allow home builders to borrow money with lower deposits.
The government is also providing funding for local councils to create high quality serviced plots that are ready to go, stepping up self and custom build housing projects across the UK.
Housing Secretary Rt Hon Robert Jenrick MP said:
As we build back better we want to help more people build their own home, making it an option for thousands who’ve not considered it or ruled it out before. This will help get more people on to the housing ladder, ensure homes suit people’s needs whilst providing an important boost to small builders and businesses too.
I warmly welcome Richard Bacon’s report which matches our ambitions for the custom and self-build sector. We will consider it fully and respond to the recommendations in due course.
The launch of the Help to Build equity loan scheme will be a game-changer to the self and custom build market and will allow individuals to borrow with lower deposit mortgages which will go towards the design and build of their new home.
The Bacon Review puts forward 6 recommendations:
A greater role for Homes England, with the creation of a new Custom and Self Build Housing Delivery Unit supporting the creation of serviced plots on small and large sites and delivery at scale.
Raise awareness and show by ‘doing’, including with a custom and self build ‘Show Park’ and a more robust approach to legislation.
Support community, diversity and levelling up – and crucially by reigniting the Community Housing Fund and creating more opportunities for communities to build.
Promote greener homes and increased use of Modern Methods of Manufacturing (MMC) – custom and self build is a leading innovator in these areas, and could be used to signpost the future for government’s MMC and Net Zero Housing ambitions.
Align custom and self build changes with planning reforms – in particular through maximising opportunities for permissioned land for custom and self build, across all tenures.
Iron out tax issues to create a level playing field between this type of homes and speculatively built homes.
Richard Bacon MP said:
We need to build more and better new homes. Custom and self-build can help achieve this, by putting customers and their choices back at the heart of the process. When customers come first, we will see more homes built – that are better designed, better built, greener and which cost less to run – and which are warmly welcomed by their communities. This review sets out a route map for how we can achieve this much needed change.
The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government will publish more detail on Help to Build shortly followed by its official response to the Bacon Review in the Autumn, including reviewing options on how best to support Custom and Self-build (CSB) housebuilding.
The government’s reforms to the planning system will help support the CSB industry by streamlining and modernising the planning process, bringing a new focus to design and sustainability and ensuring more land is available for development where it is needed.
Help to Build
The ‘Help to Build’ scheme will ensure that self and custom home building can become a realistic option to get onto the housing ladder through lower deposit mortgages.
Lowering the required deposit will free up capital, so people can build the home that they want and need whether it’s a commissioned, made to order home, or a new design from scratch. The scheme will provide an equity loan on the completed home, similar to the Help to Buy scheme.
Made to order homes allow people to customise the home they want based on existing designs. This could include more office space, or a particular design to support a family’s requirements including for disabled or older people.
The scheme is part of the government’s wider Plan for Jobs as the new plans will also benefit small building firms. SME builders account for 1 in 10 new homes and the scheme will help scale up the number of self and custom build homes built every year.
Right to Build taskforce
The Right To Build Task Force provides support to local authorities on how to take forward self and custom build and deliver their duties under the Self-build and Custom Housebuilding legislation, e.g. through advising how self and custom homes can be included in local plans and strategic sites.
The Task Force is a not-for-profit organisation and was previously funded through the Nationwide Foundation. The government has provided £320,000 of funding for the Task Force since 2019/20.
Delta Governor, Sen. (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa, on Friday called on wealthy Nigerians to support government’s effort at fighting insecurity and other challenges in the country.
Okowa made the call at the inauguration of the Area Command Office and Officers Quarters, Nigeria Police Force, donated by Jim Ovia Foundation at Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area of the state.
He said that there were lots of security and other challenges facing the country that government alone could not handle.
The Governor commended Jim Ovia Foundation for the facility, saying “I am very excited to have this project built and donated by Jim Ovia, the founder of Zenith Bank Plc and Jim Ovia Foundation.
“It is good to have this type of serene environment for a police command and I am truly happy and appreciate you.
“Too many things need to be done but the government cannot do them alone, that is why we keep calling on well-meaning individuals to find a way to help.
“This is not the first time you are coming to our aid and I am told that there are many more to be done.
“The good thing is that when a son of the soil is doing well, the only thing is to pray for him and request that he does more.
“So obviously, with the very good thing we are seeing here today, we are obviously going to be requesting for more and more and please don’t get tired of us,” he said.
Okowa said that the environment was very welcoming even though nobody prays to go to the police station.
“We are glad you have donated this for the officers and men of the police force to do their work very well.
“We want to say thank you for this because it will be a befitting place for our officers to sit and do their work.
“We will continue to pray for our brothers and sisters who have excelled in many places to be able to return home to help to improve the lives of our people,” he stated.
Earlier, the donor of the facility, Mr Jim Ovia, lauded Governor Okowa for his outstanding accomplishments in the state, adding that the Governor had performed creditably well in the comity of governors.
He said he was motivated to embark on the project because of the security challenges in the area and promised to do more for the community.
“We have made this little contribution towards ensuring security, law and order so that our community and state can be safe for our people to live their lives comfortably.
“We will do more in the area of education and security to better the lives of our people,” he added.
On his part, Managing Director of Zenith Bank Plc, Mr Ebenezer Onyeagwu, lauded Jim Ovia Foundation for the donation, adding that it will help improve the security and lives of the people of the area.
The Commissioner of Police, Mr Mohammed Ari, commended Jim Ovia Foundation for the kind gesture, noting that the magnificent edifice was indeed a heart-warming one.
He implored all spirited individuals to reciprocate the kind gesture of Jim Ovia not just to the police but to other sectors.

A few months after the release of Windows 11 to the general public, many gamers still do not know for sure if they will be able to update their computers to the latest version of Microsoft’s operating system.
If you want to know how to prepare your gaming PC to install Windows 11, you just have to follow the steps shown below.
Requirements necessary to install Windows 11 on your PC
Microsoft has announced that the requirements they ask to install their new operating system will be inflexible, unlike what happened with the launch of Windows 10.
In the absence of seeing if they rectify their decision for sales reasons, here are the most important ones so that you can prepare your gaming equipment.
Change hard drive partition table from MBR to GPT
The partition table for our hard drive that was used most frequently up to now was the MBR. However, you will need to convert hard drive from MBR to GPT to install Windows 11 .
In turn, to manage a hard disk with GPT partitions you will need a UEFI firmware and activate the option to boot from the GPT system.
If you want to install Windows 11, but you don’t want to get rid of your Windows 10 installation, you can convert your current MBR partition table to a GPT system using a native application that comes with Windows 10: MBR2GPT.EXE.
Once this is done, you will be able to create a partition to install Windows 11 without your Windows 10 installation being affected.
UEFI Supports Secure Boot
UEFI is a firmware system that replaces the BIOS and whose task is to control the hardware of your computer. Its implementation began around 2011 and since then its presence in modern equipment is increasing due to some of its advantages, such as the ease of programming it.
In fact most newer motherboards include it. In this regard, some manufacturers have given the user the option to enable or disable safe mode to avoid problems when installing some systems.
To install Windows 11 you will need to change the Legacy boot to UEFI for Windows 11 . Also, you will need UEFI to have safe mode enabled .
This can cause some other problem if you want to install multiple operating systems on the same computer.
Without going any further, some Linux distributions cannot be installed with UEFI in safe mode enabled.
TMP security module
The TMP module is a physical chip used for equipment security . Its use is very common on company computer equipment and its main function is to prevent malware or malicious software from making changes to the computer system.
But it is now, with the arrival of Windows 11, when an operating system includes it within the requirements that the computer must have in order to install it.
Advantages of installing Windows 11 on a gaming computer
If you meet the previous requirements to update to Windows 11 and some more, your gaming team will undoubtedly benefit from the change.
Windows 11 is not only a new aspect of the Redmond system, but also implements notable improvements when playing video games.
Some of the most notable are:
Auto HDR: better graphics
Direct Storage: faster loading speed
Xbox and cloud gaming
Being a video game lover implies spending many hours in front of the screen. For this reason, the comfort of a chair specially designed for this purpose cannot be compared to any other.
A gaming chair prevents bad postures from being taken that trigger back pain and other problems associated with poor postural hygiene, also avoiding losing the concentration that each game requires.
The gaming chair is nothing more and nothing less than a chair that has been specifically designed for those users who spend long hours sitting in front of the computer monitor, either playing or working.
They are comfortable, ergonomic chairs with certain special characteristics that make the back and other extremities do not suffer. Each one of the functionalities of a gaming chair is designed exclusively with ergonomics in mind, that is, in the adaptation of the seat for greater comfort and production of the user.
How to choose the right gaming chair
One of the problems that consumers face when choosing a gaming chair is that there are a large number of models of chairs for gamers on the market, so it is difficult to decide on one. It is an investment, not only for spending money, but also for health, so different details have to be evaluated.
The characteristics of each model will make them adapt better or worse to each type of person, the models are so many that there is one for each player.
Firmness of the chair and support areas
One of the most important aspects when choosing a gamer chair is the firmness of the seat. It cannot be neither too hard , that they end up bothering after a while, nor too soft that you cannot maintain a good posture and end up appearing pains in different parts of the body.
It is also important to choose a chair with a wide support area that allows you to keep your back in its original position. This is one of the main differences with respect to the usual desk chairs, which most of them do not have backrest in the upper part of the back, the neck and the head. Some models include headrest pads that are very comfortable.
Adjustable armrests
As mentioned previously, it is not only about having good support for the back and buttocks, but also for the extremities. In this sense, in addition to being adjustable in height to be able to support the legs well, it must have adjustable armrests , both in angle and in height, so that they support and do not overload the shoulders when playing.
Movement and flexibility
When playing, you need movement, being able to stretch, lean back. Many gaming chairs offer the possibility of reclining up to an angle of up to 150 ° . The wheels are also an important part, as they allow you to move from one side to the other. And it is that, these chairs in reality, and despite their name, are not only designed to play. Many office employees, especially those in high-profile positions, have changed their office chairs for much more ergonomic gaming models.
It should be noted that the materials with which they are manufactured are of excellent quality, many made of leather and discreet colors, ideal for use outside the gaming environment.
