Former Kaizer Chiefs coach Gavin Hunt has officially made a trip to Manchester City where he is expected to spend some time with their technical team.
Hunt always spoke about the trip to Man City but his departure date was yet to be confirmed despite swirling rumours that he went and came back.
In February, Hunt said he was going to leave ‘soon’ after the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) tournament which took place in Cameroon.
A picture of him with his suitcase fully packed then started doing the rounds on social media in March, and Hunt was believed to be on his way to Man City.
However, it appears this wasn’t the case as he’s now officially in Manchester to equip himself with knowledge and see if there are opportunities that side.
As expected, Hunt made it to Etihad Stadium, the venue where Man City play their home games, and was at the City vs Brighton & Hove Albion match on Wednesday.
