Two 16-year-old Greenwich boys stabbed to death

Police are investigating a double homicide after discovering two youngsters with stab wounds one mile apart in Greenwhich on Saturday night.

At approximately 17:10, the police were notified of injuries in Sewell Road, Abbey Wood, and Titmuss Avenue, Thamesmead.

At each location, the London Ambulance Service and the London Air Ambulance discovered two males with stab wounds.

At each place, they discovered a 16-year-old male who had been stabbed.

Despite the greatest efforts of rescue personnel, both guys were confirmed deceased this evening, MET police reported.

At both sites, crime scenes have been established, and an investigation into the deaths of both men is underway.

Specialized policemen would provide assistance to their relatives, the police noted.

Officers are searching for witnesses to discover any possible connection between the two killings.

A Section 60 order granting officers enhanced search powers is in effect until Sunday, November 27 at 08:00 hours.
